OKGN AI is a software studio based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us any time at info@okgn.ai.

The Start page offers a chat assistant that helps you scope an idea and produces a downloadable plan. You do not need to create an account or sign in. You choose what to type, so please do not share passwords, financial details, or sensitive personal information about yourself or others.

The planning assistant is built to be private by design:

• •We do not save your conversation on our servers. It lives only in your browser for the length of your visit and is cleared when you close or refresh the page.
• •When you generate a plan, the PDF is created on demand and downloaded to your device. We do not keep a copy.
• •There is no database, no account, and no tracking profile tied to your session.

To generate replies and your plan, the assistant sends your messages to Anthropic, the company that provides the Claude AI models. Anthropic processes this information to return a response, under Anthropic's own data and usage policies. Anthropic does not use data submitted through its business API to train its models, and retains it only for a limited period for safety and legal compliance. If you email us, for example to take a plan further, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and follow up. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to info@okgn.ai.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and the planning assistant does not use cookies. Our website host processes standard server logs, such as IP address and request details, for security and reliability. These are operational records and are not used to build a profile of you.

This website is intended for adults and for business use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Because we do not store your conversation or plan, there is nothing on our side to access or delete for a planning session. For any email you have sent us, you can request access or deletion by writing to info@okgn.ai.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
